چکیده

The Arab peninsula suffers from intense wadi erosion, which is been expressed by a dense net of wadis that are correlated overland flows to their surrounded landforms (e.g. loess slopes and rocky grounds). Therefore, the study hypothesized reclamation will affect all these landforms. following objectives were defined: determining influence check damming, savanna tree plantation, grazing on ‘Aboveground primary production’ (ANPP) ANPP neighboured area state. Two sites studied: Project Wadi Atir (PWA) Rahma. PWA site located adjacent Hura Bedouin municipality. soil loessial with net. Rahma reveals positive feedback loop shape, dams location, regime. principles may suit wadies over peninsula.

Human 3-D tissue models in radiation biology: current status and future perspectives

In this review, we discuss the use of a variety of 3-D models (particularly 3-D skin, lung, breast and endothelial) in radiobiological research and highlight the differences in responses compared to 2-D culturing conditions (monolayers). We review the characteristics of existing 3-D models and aim to point out the substantial advantages 3-D cultures provide for modern radiobiology. In particula...

Limits of agricultural greenhouse gas calculators to predict soil N2O and CH4 fluxes in tropical agriculture

Demand for tools to rapidly assess greenhouse gas impacts from policy and technological change in the agricultural sector has catalyzed the development of 'GHG calculators'- simple accounting approaches that use a mix of emission factors and empirical models to calculate GHG emissions with minimal input data. GHG calculators, however, rely on models calibrated from measurements conducted overwh...
